This week I read the book Rules by C. Lord, it is a child's book that I read to my niece :)
The story follows a girl, named Catherine, she is 12 years old and has a brother with autism.
Catherine is having a bit of trouble, and explains how her brother, David is
making life a bit tough. So she starts making a list of rules so that he can
better understand the world. Through the course of the book and part in due to
her interactions with her brother David and a boy she has a crush on, named
Jason who is in a wheelchair, she begins to question what is normal and why it
is so important.

The story follows the story of a senator who is in the process of running for president at the same time 3 former judges in prison are running a scan to exploit in the closet homosexuals by using a postal mail scam. Ironiclly they caught the most powerful man in the world in thier scam. The 3 judges while under CIA investigation lobby for full presidential parden.

Dear parents and students,
In this semester we as a class will be using this site and my blog to provide a place for out of class discussions to occur about the lessons and subject matter that were taught in class. The discussions will be assigned to after every class to cotinue the discussion from class. All posts will be read and monitored by me and students will be graded based on content of the posts and replies. Discussions about the lesssons are encouraged and any non-related material is greatly discouraged.

Book: The Partner by John Grisham
This week I read the partner, it starts off with the capture and torcuring of Patrick a former Lawyer and partner of a major Law firm. Several years before the story began, Patrick pulled off every lawyers dream, he disappeared with several million dollars. but now that he has been found he has several questions to answer and he has one for every question. This book was a non-stop read for me with a constant mystery that left you wanting more with every page.

Book: Halo Cryptum
This week I have read the first half of Halo Cryptum. This is the first of a 3 book serries in the Halo universe back when the forerunners were still alive millions of years before the Halo incident. The book follows a young Forerunner who travels to a world that is very similar to modern earth and is strongly suggested is earth and meets 2 ancient forms of humans who join him on an adventure after they realse a sealed Forerunner warrior who leads them across the universe following a serries of stange ocurances in the forerunner government that may lead to the destruction of not only the Forerunners but all sentient life in the universe.
The book is split in to two parts, I stopped at the end of part 1 and will continue to part 2 next week.
